Put 480kg of C8 fatty alcohol into the reactor, add catalyst NaOH4kg and a small amount of water. Stir and heat up to 110-120. After vacuum dewatering, use N2 to drive the air inside the kettle. Then add 532kg of ethylene oxide. The reaction ends at a cloud point of 40-50 ℃. The finished product is packaged after discharge.
